    Subscription Cancellation

    You can cancel your HostMail subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to the service until then.

    How to Cancel

    Account Dashboard

    Log in to your HostMail account, navigate to billing settings, and select "Cancel Subscription" to initiate the cancellation process.

    Contact Support

    Email our support team at hostmails@elanoinfotech.com with your cancellation request, and we'll process it within 24 hours.

    Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase for annual plans
    • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
    • Refunds not available for accounts terminated due to policy violations
    • Service credits may be offered for technical issues
    • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

    Refund Process

    Request Submission

    Submit your refund request through the account dashboard or by emailing hostmails@elanoinfotech.com with your account details and reason for refund.

    Processing Time

    Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

    Account Termination

    Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. After termination, your data will be securely deleted within 30 days unless you request data export. We retain minimal billing records for tax and legal compliance purposes.

    Special Circumstances

    We understand that circumstances can change. In cases of technical issues, service outages, or other exceptional situations, we may offer account credits, plan upgrades, or full refunds at our discretion.
